It was an absolute joy to attend the Facilities Management Awards 2021 and win the Property Management Team of the Year for our Contact Centre. Our 24/7 Omni Channel Centre is an innovation that incorporates a multi-lingual app, electronic handbooks and Resident & Community Portals developed to enable two information flow and First Contact Resolution through an expert team skilled across Building Maintenance, Landlord & Tenant, Rent and Service Charge Management, and Community Communications. Tenants underpin the value of the landlord’s investment return and by looking after the tenants every need across the full cycle of their tenancy from the viewing right through to lease expiration and vacation we look after the landlord.

The Contact centre features are unique and significant differentiators within the residential property management and PRS markets. Our systems are functional and user friendly, making it simpler for tenants to enjoy their property and staff to support them. Our technology strategy continually enables us to adapt and innovate in Customer Centricity. It is often challenging for property owners to see how seemingly mundane or routine operational decisions affect tenant relations and retention and ultimately gross to net returns.
