ODREM is accredited with Certification Europe ISO:9001:2015 Quality Management, OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.

We have a fully integrated quality management system for maintaining, monitoring and improving our processes to ensure we exceed expectations. We constantly refine and innovate.

At every stage, we have mapped our customer journey, to understand the key ‘touchpoints’ that elevate our client, landlord and tenant experiences. While the latest Workflow Management technology allows us to deliver seamless operational excellence across our national asset base for the provision of Property Management, Asset Management and Facility Management.

And as demanding as ISO Certification Europe is, our toughest standards are often those we set ourselves.

Setting out our Policies

At ODREM, we have a focussed commitment to continuously improving Quality across all facets of our operation, and enhancing our Health & Safety and Environmental practices at every stage.

With this in mind, we have formalised our ambitions and procedures across these particular areas in three Policy Statements which are available below.
